How do I book a stay? Use our online booking request form or the price calculator on the homepage.
Select your dates and property on the homepage calculator, then continue to the booking form. Fill in your details and submit your request. We will confirm availability and send payment details. You may receive confirmation within 10–15 minutes due to email processing.
What are my rental options? Entire domain (12 guests), main house (8), or cottage (4).
- Entire Domain: Main house + cottage + pool + gardens + tennis court — up to 12 guests
- Main House Only: Pool, gardens, WiFi & DSTV — up to 8 guests
- Cottage Only: Private entrance, wheelchair accessible — up to 4 guests
What are check-in and check-out times? Check-in from 15:00 · Check-out by 11:00.
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request — please contact us.
Does the cottage have WiFi and TV? No WiFi or TV in the cottage; stable 4G mobile reception is available.
The main house has free WiFi and DSTV (including Amazon Prime). The cottage does not have WiFi or television, but stable 4G reception is available from major South African networks. 5G rollout is in progress in the area.
What happens during loadshedding? Solar panels and batteries keep essentials running during power outages.

- High-consumption devices may be disabled to preserve battery life
- Ambient lighting ensures the property is never fully dark
- A rechargeable portable torch is available
Are pets allowed? Pets are not permitted on the estate.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets at Flanders South.
Is the property wheelchair accessible? The cottage is fully accessible; the main house has ramps and adapted handrails.

- Main house: Lightweight ramps for entrance and patio; rounded handrails; downstairs toilet with washbasin

The homepage shows a live availability calendar. Green dates are available; coloured dates indicate main house, cottage, or full bookings. The booking widget also blocks unavailable dates for your selected property. To hold dates, contact us directly.
